11th June’s CEC-Specific Express Entry Draw Marks Lowest CRS Score for CEC Candidates Since 2017

The new 11th June Express Entry round issued 3,559 invitations to apply to CEC candidates.

This CEC draw marked the lowest cut-off score of 437 for CEC candidates since 2017. The cut-off score in this draw shows a decrease in 3 points from the cut-off score of the previous CEC draw which was 440 and was recorded as the lowest CRS score requirement of 2020.

This draw was the largest CEC-specific Express Entry draw since 1st May and the second largest draw since Canada announced special Coronavirus measures in March.

The 11th June CEC draw continued the trend of marking a decrease in the cut-off CRS score which was seen in the last seven CEC draws since the last all-program draw conducted on March 4, 2020.

With today’s draw, the number of ITAs issued till date becomes 46,000, which is still higher than the number of ITAs issued at this time in 2019.
