In the Express Entry system draw held on December 19, the Government of Canada has issued 3,200 invitations to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence.

The minimum (cut-off) CRS score in this latest invitation round was 469, which marked a decrease in 3 points from the previous December 11 draw.

The lower cut-off score may be attributed to the just eight days of difference between the invitation rounds.

With the completion of this draw, IRCC has now issued a total of 85,300 ITAs in the current year, which is 4,500 ITAs short of the previous year’s record 89,800.
