Business Visa for The United States of America:
Every year, thousands of businessmen visit United States to conduct meetings, attend seminars, exhibitions, or to do business with American companies. There are requirements you must meet to be allowed into United States.
A business visitor is someone who comes to United States to engage in international business activities without directly entering the American labour market. Business visitors usually stay in America for a few days or a few weeks but are able to stay for up to 6 months. A business visitor is a separate category (B1) with separate requirements. Business visitors do not require a work permit as they don’t intend to work in United States. However, while applying for their Visa, they must be able to establish the sincerity of their business visit.
