The Government of Canada invites 3,400 Express Entry candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence in the latest January 22 draw.
In this draw, the cut-off CRS score was 471, marking a reduction of 2 points as compared to the cut-off score of the previous January 8 Express Entry draw.
The tie-break time and date that IRCC applied in this draw is May 9, 2019, at 01:16:02 UTC. This means, all the candidates who have submitted their profile before this date and time in the Express Entry pool were considered in this draw. Out of the considered candidates, 3,400 highest scoring candidates are issued an ITA for Canadian PR.
Typically, Express Entry draws take place every two weeks which invites candidates to apply for Canadian PR, as filtered based on their CRS score.
